Tanghulu

Originating from Northern Chinese cities, Tanghulu, also referred to as bingtang hulu, is a traditional snack. It is characterized by its calabash-like shape and is made by coating several Chinese hawthorn fruits with rock sugar and skewering them on a bamboo stick. This candied fruit snack provides approximately 200 kcal per serving, making it a popular sweet treat.
