Pinkglow pineapple

This unique type of pineapple, known for its pink color, owes its hue to the presence of lycopene, a natural pigment. Harvested by hand, its crown needs to be planted to regenerate new crops. Not only unique in color, it also stands out in taste and texture, with a pale pink, aqueous, soft, semi-fibrous, and tender flesh. It has a small, central core, is aromatic, has low acidity, and emits a pleasant, fruity and subtly floral flavor with a lingering candy-like sweetness.
