Nattokinase

Derived from the fermentation of soybeans by the bacterium Bacillus subtilis, Nattokinase is a potent protein known for its ability to dissolve blood clots. It is widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases due to its fibrinolytic properties. The protein is named after Natto, a traditional Japanese food from which it is extracted.
