Green Logistics

Referring to the measures taken to reduce the ecological impact of logistics activities, Green Logistics covers all aspects of product, information, and service flows. It includes practices that lessen the environmental impact of the logistics network and delivery, from the point of origin to consumption. It also involves reverse logistics, which is the process of moving goods from their final destination for the purpose of capturing value, or proper disposal.
